# mcpbox-snapshots delete

> Delete MCP Box Snapshot

Deletes an MCP Box Snapshot. A build that is still pending or building is canceled first. The API Box Snapshot it was built against stays. A Snapshot that MCP Boxes serve returns 409 mcpbox\_snapshot\_in\_use; delete those MCP Boxes first.

```bash theme={null}
continuous mcpbox-snapshots delete [flags]
```

## Examples

Replace `<id>` with the resource ID from your response before you run the command.

```bash theme={null}
continuous mcpbox-snapshots delete --id <id>
```

## Flags

**--id, -i** `string` *required*

MCP Box Snapshot ID.
