# simulations mint-simulation-token

> Mint Simulation Token

Creates another token for requests to the Simulation endpoint. Send it in the X-Continuous-Simulation-Token header. Earlier tokens stay valid until they expire.

```bash theme={null}
continuous simulations mint-simulation-token [flags]
```

Alias: `mst`

## Examples

Replace `<id>` with the resource ID from your response before you run the command.

```bash theme={null}
continuous simulations mint-simulation-token --id <id> --ttl-seconds 3600
```

## Flags

<ParamField path="--body" type="string">
  Request body as JSON (alternative to individual flags). Can also be provided via stdin.

<ParamField path="--id, -i" type="string" required>
  Simulation ID.
</ParamField>

<ParamField path="--ttl-seconds, -t" type="int" required>
  Token lifetime in seconds, from 60 through 86,400.
</ParamField>
