# webbox-snapshots cancel

> Cancel Web Box Snapshot build

Requests cancellation of a pending or active build and returns the Snapshot without waiting for the build to stop. Get the Snapshot until its status leaves pending or building. The build can finish before cancellation takes effect. A Snapshot whose build has settled is returned unchanged.

```bash theme={null}
continuous webbox-snapshots cancel [flags]
```

## Examples

Replace `<id>` with the resource ID from your response before you run the command.

```bash theme={null}
continuous webbox-snapshots cancel --id <id>
```

## Flags

**--id, -i** `string` *required*

Web Box Snapshot ID.
