# worlds stop

> Stop World

Stops a World and saves each Simulation state. You can start the World later from the saved states.

```bash theme={null}
continuous worlds stop [flags]
```

## Examples

Replace `<id>` with the resource ID from your response before you run the command.

```bash theme={null}
continuous worlds stop --id <id>
```
