IDs
Every ID is a prefix plus 26 Crockford base32 characters:smr_ for a Simulator, sim_ for a Simulation, wld_ for a World, crd_ for a credential. Names are labels; they can repeat and never identify a resource. Response schemas declare no additional properties, so the field set on each endpoint page is the full response.
